USA sends 15 Cuban diplomats

On Tuesday, representatives of the administration trump announced that 15 diplomatsworking in the Cuban Embassy in Washington to leave the United States within seven days. The reason for such a step the American authorities have called the failure of the Cuban government to protect diplomats from the United States from a mysterious acoustic attacks.

A few days ago, the United States withdrew about 60 per cent of its Embassy staff from the Cuban capital that can be nothing other than a sign of deteriorating relations between America and Cuba during the presidency of trump. The predecessor of the current President, Barack Obama, tried to establish diplomatic ties between the former Cold war adversaries.

State Department spokesman stated that the United States maintain diplomatic relations with Cuba, however, that all us diplomats have returned to their posts, the authorities of island of Freedom have to provide assurance that their lives and health are threatened. The Cuban emissaries were not declared persona non grata, which means that they have avoided the most serious penalties for foreign diplomats.

Earlier it was reported that more than 20 people working at the U.S. Embassy in Cuba, complained of health problems, the symptoms ranged from dizziness and nausea to slight injury of the brain and deafness. Officials say the reason for this acoustic attack, but no evidence of this theory has been found.

Havana denies responsibility for any attacks on diplomats, local authorities are investigating the case. State Department spokesman declares that the United States is cooperating with the Cuban investigation, parallel to their own.

In addition to reducing the Embassy staff administration trump stopped issuing visas for Cubanswishing to visit the United States, and also issued recommendations on security for Americans who are going to go to Cuba.

Havana warned Washington that the expulsion of diplomats will harm relations between the two countries.
