Ralph Northam, who are you?

Campaign promises Ralph Northam included the introduction of a law limiting the right to buy weapons more often than once a month, a minimum wage of $15 an hour, the spread of Medicaid to 400 thousand inhabitants of Virginia and tax incentives for small businesses that provide their employees paid family leave.

But Phil Murphyeventually won the support of the residents of new Jersey, trump chose not to mention. In the same way as his Republican rival Kim Guadagno.
What candidates promised the people of new Jersey?
