Russian Federation and people’s Republic of China actively developing weapons which can hit military targets of the US in space such as satellites.
The head of the strategic command of the armed forces of America, General John Khayten, stressed that these countries have a special weapon — laser and creating interference.
Khayten, who oversees all US military operations in space, said that thus Russia and China intend to «change the balance of power in the world.»
