Trump intends to cancel the rule prohibiting discrimination against transgender physicians

The LGBT community may lose state protection when receiving medical services. Trump administration is considering the abolition of rules that prohibit workers and employees in the insurance field to infringe on the patients on the basis of race, age, colour, nationality, sex and sexual orientation.

A rule was adopted during the presidency of Obama and applies to all government funded healthcare programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Because these programs use in the practice of most doctors, the legal standard is widely used.

Defenders of the LGBT community see this as a step in another attempt to curtail the rights of sexual minorities.

Transgender increasingly losing position, after Donald trump took charge of the country. Last summer, he forbade them to serve in the army (though a taboo has been challenged in several Federal courts and removed), and then the President cancelled the leadership for the Department of education regarding school-transgender.

The action gave rise to the opposition: ironically, last fall in the local elections won a record number of transgender people.
