Trump will announce a shutdown if Congress does not approve immigration laws

The US President threatens to block the work of the government, if the Democratic party does not support immigration reform and the construction of a wall on the us-Mexican border. The head of state said the social network Twitter.

«I’m ready «to stop work» of the government if the Democrats don’t give us enough votes to ensure border security, which includes the construction of the Wall! We need to get rid of the lottery, capture, liberation, and the like, to finally go to the immigration system based on merit! We need to get into the country came prominent people!», — written by Donald trump.

I would be willing to shut down the government if Democrats do not give us the votes for Border Security, which includes the Wall! Must get rid of Lottery, Catch & Release etc. and finally go to system of Immigration based on MERIT! We need great people coming into our Country!

The US President is not the first time threatens the «closing» of the government. In March of this year he, thus, tried to promote new immigration laws, and later in April to seek funding for the border wall. Trump believes that the Democratic party is obliged to support his initiatives. However, until now, to find a compromise with the representatives of this political force failed.

The majority of Democrats negatively relate to the aspirations of the current President of the United States. Only some politicians can listen to the words of trump, but even they are not ready to support immigration reform in the form in which it wishes to see the head of state. The President has repeatedly stated that he wants to abolish the lottery with the view of the place of residence in America, and to establish a ban on the release of detained illegal immigrants.

Recall that earlier we wrote about a major RAID by Immigration and customs enforcement, U.S. (ICE), which was held in new York. In total, security forces arrested 65 people. Most of the detainees are residents of the Central American countries, but among them there are citizens of Ukraine.
