How much will health insurance on the Affordable Care Act in 2019

The administration of incumbent President trump has made it clear – every state needs to pay more attention to the development and control over their own programs on medical health insurance. For example, for the first time since 2014 there is no Federal law requiring all Americans to purchase insurance or pay a fine.
