Today in new York and Washington, DC will host the «No Russian aggression in Ukraine»

Today, November 26, in new York and Washington, DC will host a rally Stop Russia’s Military Aggression in Ukraine.

In new York, protesters will gather at 13.00 near the headquarters of the UN, 760 United Nations Plaza, and the capital of the U.S. the demonstration will take place from 15.30 to 17.30 at the Embassy of Russian Federation in the USA 2650 Wisconsin Avenue.

«Ukraine is again under attack! This time, it is [happening] in the sea of Azov! Please come to the Russian Embassy (2650 Wisconsin Avenue, Washington (D. C.)), to protest against the aggression of Russia against Ukraine and to attract the world’s attention to the escalation of the war to Russia», — reads the statement of the organizers, which are included in the group’s US Ukrainian Activists and United Help Ukraine.

Yesterday, the U.S. permanent representative to the UN, Nikki Haley, who will remain in office until the end of the year, did repost the message of the correspondent Nolan Peterson about the Russian aggression in Ukraine Twitter, signing it:

According to zampolpreda of Russia Dmitry Polyanski, the meeting was initiated by Russia. As Polanski said the Agency «Interfax», this was done in connection with the events in the sea of Azov to the maintenance of international peace and security. Earlier it was reported that an urgent meeting of the security Council addressed to the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko.

A disturbing incident in the Azov sea announced yesterday the Ukrainian mass media: according to them, Russian ships attacked 2 boats and a tug of the Navy of Ukraine, which took place through the Kerch Strait.

In turn, Russian news sources called the incident a provocation by the Ukrainian authorities.
