A Federal judge in Manhattan sentenced Michael Cohen, a former lawyer, President of the Donald trump — to 3 years of imprisonment in a prison.
In late December, Cohen pleaded guilty to making false statements to Congress, and before that he admitted that he had violated the law on financing of the election campaign, carried out illegal payments under the personal direction of one of the candidates. According to the former lawyer for trump, he personally paid the women with whom allegedly had a sexual relationship with the President.
«I take full responsibility for every act in which I pleaded guilty: personal for himself and for the President of the United States of America,» Cohen told the judge before sentencing.
Responding to trump’s tweet that he is a wimp, Cohen agreed, saying that he «again and again felt obliged to hide his dirty actions.»
