«Together we will stand. I, Cory Booker, running for President of the United States of America. I believe that we can build a country that will take care of all; where parents will have enough money to feed their children; where would be a good paying job in each area; where is our criminal justice system will ensure our safety, instead of having to drive more children into cells and coffins; where we are, seeing the faces of our leaders on TV, we feel pride, not shame. The question is whether we have the collective will, the American will?» said Booker.

His political career, Cory Booker, graduate of Stanford University, began in the city Council of Newark, where he worked from 1998 to 2002. He was mayor of Newark from 2006 to 2013.
