«For too long we have lived with a sense of discomfort, that we are citizens of second class and, frankly, I’m tired of this, and every Muslim in this country was tired of it, said Omar at the meeting CAIR. — CAIR was founded after September 11, because they found that some people did something, and as a result we all have lost their civil liberties».

«New York Post» made the cover only part of the quote is that «some people did something». Below was the text: «Here’s your something» and «2977 people died from terrorism».

«The newspaper «New York Post» knows what she’s doing — pulling out quotes out of context and causes painful images, spreading hatred, and endangers the life of a member of the house of representatives Omar,» he tweeted Rashid Tlaib.

«This is incitement,» he prokomentiroval the situation with the newspaper Matt Duss, adviser to Senator Bernie Sanders on foreign policy.

Omar supported, though new to Congress, but rather a noticeable figure — Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

«I’m not going to quote the horrible, hated the cover of the NY Post, writes the Congresswoman. — Here is one fact: Ilhan Omar is cosponsored 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. She has done more for the families affected by 9/11 than the Republican party.»

I’m not going to quote the NY Post»s horrifying, hateful cover.

Here’s 1 fact: @IlhanMN is a cosponsor of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. She’s done more for the 9/11 families than the GOP who won’t even support healthcare for 1st responders — yet are happy to weaponize her faith.
