Officers made contact with both groups, but no one identified themselves as a victim and did not want to make a statement to the police. However, an investigation is underway to determine whether there was a crime and whether or not arrests. The Portland police Bureau will review the video and photos of events hosted in social networks to try to identify people involved in criminal activity. In addition, according to witnesses, some of the participants in the collision allegedly used Mace or a baseball bat.
