The US President Donald trump with his wife Melania arrived with a working visit to the UK. Immediately after their arrival the couple went to the reception to Queen Elizabeth II.
The American leader met the US Ambassador to the UK woody Johnson, foreign Minister Jeremy hunt and other dignitaries. Then the President and the first lady was airlifted by helicopter from Stansted airport North of London to the centre of the British capital.
However, even before trump stepped on the land of the United Kingdom, he made several controversial statements. May 31 in the newspaper the Sun published an article stating that the President allegedly called the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle «nasty.» And on the eve of departure trump harshly criticized the mayor of London Sadiq Khan.
«No, I don’t think about it,’ trump said to reporters on Sunday, 2 may. — I think he’s a Gemini [new York city mayor bill] De Blasio, only shorter».
The President noted that it does not intend during his 3-day visit to meet with Khan, who recently called trump a «global threat». More critics and comments, the head of the White house is traditionally laid out in his microblog on Twitter.
«Sadiq Khan, who, admittedly, is not properly performing his job as mayor of London, found a stupid malevolence in connection with the visit of the President of the United States are the most important ally of the United Kingdom. He’s a complete loser who needs to focus on crime in London, not me,» trump wrote on Twitter today, may 3.

Recall that the relationship between trump and De Blasio sharply negative. In 2017, the President called the mayor «worthless,» to which De Blasio responded: «the Only thing that is low and «useless», it’s using your power as President to divide the country and threaten our communities.» And Donald trump Jr. has called the nomination of De Blasio presidential clowning.
