One of the main events of the Congress was the first personal meeting between the presidents of Ukraine and Russia, which was also attended by representatives of «Naftogaz», «Gazprom» and energy Ministers of both countries.
According to the Elysee Palace, talks between the presidents lasted for 10-15 minutes.
