Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan signed an agreement to end the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh

Moscow, Baku and Yerevan signed an agreement to end the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. As Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan confirmed, hostilities officially end from 1:00 on November 10.

In his statement on social networks, Pashinyan wrote that the decision was the result of «an in-depth analysis of the combat situation,» while Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev called the agreement «the last point» in the conflict.

The authorities of the countries also confirmed that Turkish and Russian peacekeepers will be deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Russia is expected to send 1,960 military personnel, 380 pieces of equipment and 90 armored personnel carriers to the region, which will remain there for at least 5 years.
