Donald trump has the lowest rating in six months of his presidency among all U.S. presidents for 70 years.
This is evidenced by a survey conducted by ABC News and the Washington Post.
Only 36% of respondents approve of the results of the work of the President (trump lost six points since the survey in its 100-day deadline), and 58% of respondents strongly disapprove of the work of trump.
Approximately the same low level of approval for six months of President Gerald Ford in February 1975, is 39%. Six months later the reign of Barack Obama and George W. Bush’s rating was at 59%.
About 60% of respondents believe that Russia tried to influence the presidential election in 2016, and 67% believe that a team of trump helped her in this.
In addition, two-thirds of respondents also wouldn’t trust Trump to negotiate with world leaders on behalf of the United States, especially with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Only 27% said that the US has become a stronger global leader in the presidency, trump, and about half of the respondents believe that U.S. leadership has weakened.
The survey was conducted from 10 to 13 July in English and Spanish. Interviewed more than a thousand people, the error is about 3.5 points.
