This Wednesday, city officials released information about another lottery in the same building. Now win 15 apartmentsand rent starts at $621.
And no, it’s not a bug, and miracles do happen even in our world. Five lucky winners will be able to settle in one of the studios in one of the most expensive areas of new York and to pay for such luxury just $20 a day. Is not this happiness, Lord?
To get such a fabulous chance to earn from $23,178 to $26,270 per year. 5 one-bedroom apartments can be rented for $715 per month, provided that the candidate earns $26,469 $30,560. And the last five apartments with two bedrooms available for rent $2,123 — $2,743 per month with income of $74,675 — $ 124,020. Here, of course, about the great cheapness of it is not, but it’s still cheaper than the average rental price in Chelsea, which is $4,900 per month (simple arithmetic shows that this amount is enough to pay almost 8 months of renting a Studio after winning the lottery).
