Williamsburg is one of the most actively developing areas in Brooklyn, and the growth rate is apparently not going to slow down. On the one hand, it’s good, but it’s invariably entails an increase in the price of rental housing.

  • 7 studios that can be rented for $867 per month
  • 5 apartments with one bedroom for $931 per month,
  • 3 apartments with 2 mpalanyi for $1123 per month.

To participate in the lottery, applicants must earn 60% of average income by area ($31,612 to $57,240 depending on the size of the apartment and number of residents).

The building, which has 75 apartments, including those that participate in the lottery, boasting a private gym, a rooftop terrace, Concierge, courtyard, Parking and a good location steps from a metro station, where lines G and L.

The people of new York, comply with all the conditions can apply for participation in the lottery until 7 December 2017.
