Open applications for participation in the lottery for affordable housing in the district of Allerton in the Bronx, new York.

For filing no fee is charged and there are no brokerage fees. Non-Smoking house.

Apartments one and two bedrooms are located in four-story 15-unit apartment house at 2547 Cruger Ave. Apartments were allocated to families with an income of $49,715 — $124,020, with a rent of $1450 for a Studio and $1800-1900 for a one bedroom apartment.

To participate in the raffle of one-bedroom apartments income must range from $49,715 to $99,320, two-bedroom apartments — from $61,715 to $124,020.

Allerton is located around the bustling Allerton ave, which runs alongside residential complexes, neat family houses and a thriving commercial district. The building is located near the intersection of Allerton ave and Cruger ave just 0.1 miles from the bus stops Allerton Avenue 2 and 5. Near Botanical garden in new York, grocery store and McDonald’s. The area is also presented in abundance of restaurants, groceries, shops. There is a public library.

Map of community the Department of city planning has long been mentions of the neighborhood under other names: the «Laconia» and «Bronxdale», is confusing. Does not help to unravel it, and Google Maps, which refers to the area of Allerton another name: «Bronxwood». Hagstrom Map, a large company dealing with maps, does not recognize Allerton as the name of the area.
