New lottery for affordable housing started in Pinpointe (Brooklyn). The building with the participating in the lottery apartments is located at 23 India Street. For rent is available 140 apartments: studios, one — and two-bedroom apartments. 5% of housing allocated for people with reduced mobility, 2% — for the visually impaired and hearing impaired, 5% for municipal employees and 50% are reserved for residents of Brooklyn Community Board 1. Other apartments for eligible persons and families whose income is 40%/60% of median income (AMI) — from 22 to 57 903 $ 240 per year.

Studio apartments are available for rent at a price of $613 per month at a profit of 40% of average and for the price of $947 per month with income of 60% of the average for the area. Studio apartment for one or a family of two people can be rented at a price of $659 (at 40% of median income) and $1,017 (at 60%) per month. Two-bedroom apartments for families of two or three or four will be sold at a price of $801 and $1,230 , respectively.
