But we have good news for all those who have already lost their legs in search of a decent apartment for a reasonable price – today, February 2, Chelsea open yourself new lottery for affordable housing and rental prices it is simply mind-boggling small. Lottery applies to 63 apartments in the new building, located at 515 West 36th Street, including 4 studios, rent will cost $613 $ per month, 14 one-bedroom apartments for $659 in a month, and 7 apartments with two bedrooms for $801 per month. To participate in this lottery, applicants must earn 40% of the median income by area ($22 903 to $30 560).
The building is located close subway station lines A, C, E, 7, 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R, S, bus routes M11, M12, M34, and plants Penn Station. Like many buildings in the city, the residential complex boasts a common room, fitness centers, an outdoor area on the roof and a spacious lobby.
The people of new York, comply with all the conditions can apply for participation in the lottery before 3 APR 2018.
