Affordable housing in new York | Apartments in Financial District from $788 per month

Enticing new housing lottery opened in a newly built 762-foot skyscraper in Financial District where for an affordable price you can rent one from 97 affordable apartments.

Modern, skyscraper with glass facade was built by Carmel Partners project Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects and SLCE. It is located on 118 Fulton Street (also known as 19 Dutch Street), and in total there are 483 apartments available for rent. On the lower floors of the residential complex will house more than 8,000 square feet of retail space. To apply for participation in this lottery is available to residents of new York, earning 60 percent of the median income by area ($28,903 — $57,240 per year, depending on the number of occupants and size of apartment).

On the third and fourth floors of the building, residents will be able to use such additional bonuses as the business center, lounge, media center, game room, furnished with a full swing, and children’s playroom. Also in the high-rise will be located on-site fitness center, with areas for training in Boxing, yoga and strength training. On the roof of the 63-th floor, of course, will appear to an observation deck where amazing views of the city and the water. It is expected that the construction of the skyscraper will be completed next summer.
