In Brooklyn and Manhattan will compete for the 202 budget apartments priced from $613 per month

In the new building at 29 Cliff Street has studios, one and two bedroom apartments, in which are settled as the poorest applicants (40% and 60% of median income), and people with earnings above average (130%).

For the first apartments will cost from $613 to $659 per month, for the second — from $895 to $ 1082 , and for the latter $2 116 $2 733.
