Affordable housing appeared in Fort Greene — a 12-storey residential complex at 810 Fulton Street, in Lower Manhattan (new York). The house will soon be played out 73 apartments.
Tenants are offered:
- 22 Studio
- 36 one-bedroom apartments
- 15 two-bedroom apartments.
Studio available at a price of $913 per month, one-bedroom apartment for $980 a month, a one bedroom costs $1183 per month.
Surcharge to residents of the condominium are available:
- car Parking,
- Parking space for bicycles,
- fitness centre,
- room service Manager.
Applications for participation in the housing lottery will be accepted until December 20. In addition available for lease in a residential complex Fort Greene there are still 290, however, the date of rent has not yet been announced.
RXR bought the building at GFI Development in 2016. The previous owner has already begun implementing the initial project — Parking lot for cars, but later decided to abandon it in favor of the construction of the condominium.
