The reconstruction of these areas is not simply a desire to update the appearance of your premises. The purpose of the project is to provide the ability to meet new needs, and hence the requirements when renting offices. Reconstruction is simply intended to maintain the competitiveness of building in the future.

In addition to the overhaul the appearance of your lobby by installing new fixtures and repairing floors, stipulated here after work, the lobby will be open for passengers — the planned restoration of the tunnel, which was closed in the 1980-ies.

Tishman Speyer owns the building since 2005, he purchased it in partnership with a California company Irvine. Since the construction of the building in the lobby of the MetLife building has been several reconstructions. New design and renovations of some parts are a tribute to its past and honoring the future based on a modern approach that maintains the integrity of the original architecture and inspire new ideas.
