60 apartments from $1045 will play in a new building in Brooklyn. Accepting applications until March 6

Began accepting applications for affordable housing in Greenpoint (Brooklyn). One of the 60 apartments at 211 McGuinness Boulevard could be your new home!

This complex is being built in the framework of the inclusive housing and is expected to receive a tax exemption under the Program tax benefits of the Department on preservation and development of housing in new York.

The dwellers will be:

  • rooftop with pool and garden,
  • library,
  • Parking,
  • the doorman (round the clock).

For an additional fee you’ll get:

  • fitness centre,
  • games room,
  • lounge,
  • storage.

Next to the LCD are the metro line L and bus lines B32 and B62.

The costs of electricity consumption shall be borne by the occupants of the house. In the rent fee includes the possibility to use gas for cooking.

For individuals whose income is 80% of median income:

  • Studio (fee — $1045 per month, available 5 positions): annual income 1 person — $42206-58480.
  • 1-room apartment (fee — $1064 per month, available on 28 products): annual income 1 person — $44675-58480 for 2 people — $44675-68800.
  • 2-room apartment (fee is $1276 per month, available 7 positions): annual income 2 persons — $53143-66800, 3 people — $53143-75120, 4 people — $53143-83440.

For individuals whose income is 130% of median income:

  • Studio (fee is $2201 per month, available 2 positions): annual income 1 person — $81840-95030.
  • 1-room apartment (fee — $2320 per month, available 15 positions): annual income 1 person — $87738-95030 for 2 people — $87738-108550.
  • 2-room apartment (fee — $2795 per month available 3 position): annual income 2 persons — $105223-108550, 3 people — $105223-122070, 4 people — $105223-135590.

How to apply

For registration a written application for Russian language send a c envelope return address: OTTO Greenpoint, 260 Powers Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211. Ha the back of the envelope write the Latin word «RUSSIAN».

You must submit your entry online or send by mail (according to the date of the postmark) no later than March 6, 2019. The winners of the housing lottery will be determined by draw. If you find yourself among these fortunate people, for 2-10 months you will be asked to provide proof of family size, identity of members and income.
