Rent of studios starting from $596 per month, one-bedroom apartments are from $685 per month, one bedroom from $1183 per month.
Minimum income to participate in the drawing of the apartments in this complex is $22 З89, preference will be given to the people of new York. The quota for people with disabilities — 7%, for residents Brooklуn Communitу Board 2 — 50% for municipal employees — 5%.
It is expected that the building will be exempt from tax under the 421a Tax Incentive program, which conducts New York Citu Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
How to apply?
You can apply online or by mail. To apply online, go to nyc.gov/housingconnect. To apply by post, please send the envelope with the address: 146 Pierrepont Street Apartments, 1357 Broadway, Box 309 New York, NY 10018.
You can apply for the Russian language, in the administration of letters on the back of the envelope write the word “RUSSIAN” in English.
Submit only one application for development. Do not submit duplicate applications.
Please note that it is not necessary simultaneously to apply online and by mail, is better to choose one convenient for you. Candidates submitting more than one entry may be disqualified.
When’s the deadline?
Applications should be sent by mail or submitted online no later than March 27, 2019. Late entries will not be considered.
What happens after I apply?
Upon expiry of this deadline, the applications are selected for consideration during the lottery. If you win and you meet the requirements, you will be assigned a meeting. This usually occurs in 2-10 months after the expiry of the deadline. You will be asked to bring necessary documents confirming family composition, the identity of each ee member and the amount of annual income, and if everything goes smoothly, you will be the proud landlord of the apartment in the house at 146 Pierrepont Street.
