The amenities: Concierge, gym, Laundry, lounge, washing machine and dryer. Near the complex lines of the subway — J, M, Z, and the routes of bus — B62, B67, B32.
Studios in this complex are rented at a price of $867 per month, the apartments with one bedroom — from $931 per month, and two — from $1123 per month.
Minimum income to participate in the drawing of the apartments in this complex is $31 680, preference will be given to the people of new York. The quota for people with disabilities — 7%, for residents Brooklуn Communitу Board 1 — 50% for municipal employees — 5%.
The building will be exempt under the 421a Tax Incentive program, which conducts New York Citu Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
