City authorities once again make the people of new York a tempting offer, which is all but impossible to refuse.

In the new building at 33 Ten Eyck Street are 14 apartmentsthat participate in the housing lottery. Candidates can apply for eligibility to rent one of them if their income is between 40% to 60% of the average for the district.

The lottery participates 1 apartment with one bedroom for the price of $589 per month with an income of $22,149 – $26,720 per year; another 8 one-bedroom apartments at a price of $929 with an income of$33,806 — $45,840 per year; and 5 apartments with two bedrooms for the price of $1,121 with an income of$40,423 – $57,240 a year.

The house has all necessary conditions for comfortable life of a typical urban dweller: lift, beautiful yard, intercom system, space for bike storage and a private Laundry.

Everyone can apply for participation in the lottery with all required documents until July 24. When making a decision in half the cases, preference will be given to residents of Brooklyn Community Board 1.
