Neighbors are outraged that because of the «paint work», held in a house in Florida, the building began to look like a frame from a psychedelic cartoon. The cost is 500 thousand dollars.
In Naples (Florida) residents of the upscale neighbourhood were shocked that their neighbor painted his house a large chaotic spots of very bright colors and also have spray paint everywhere.

HOA has stated that sues.
Even the trees, the lawn and the mailbox was splattered with paint. Neighbors said that the work on the painting took place over several days and became more and more extravagant.
Law enforcement Collier County is now investigating the legality of such work. The company estimated that the repainting of the building and the remediation can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The owner of a freshly painted house, according to the documents, 40 — year-old Jeffrey Libman. He owns a company which sells systems for video surveillance.
Neighbors said that he painted all these bright spots on the house but the management company next claims that the man no longer lives there.
