Coronavirus crisis may have led to the fact that the economy already was in decline, but one landlord from Milwaukee (Wisconsin) is doing everything possible to help in reducing the April rent of two of his tenants up to $100.

John Zutz, the owner of the house for three families, told channel WISN-TV that he wants to help, than can.

«I see what’s happening in the world, in the country, and I understand that there will be many people without work, and they need help, — said Zutz. — I’m not sure whether my tenants or not. They may not be necessary, but I urge, if they don’t need to help the community saved money.»

Tenant Cai Logan said that he needed help because of a pandemic coronavirus his income was halved.

«It affects everyone and it affects me financially,’ said Logan. — I felt relieved and I also felt grateful that I live in such a beautiful neighborly community.»

Good thing John Zucca it will save tenants up to $1000 per month. The man has not said yet what will become of the may rent.

And while Zutz hopes that other landlords will read his story and do the same for their tenants if they can afford it.

«I understand how the economy works. You have to keep the money moving. The stock market collapsed because people sit on their wallets, said Sutz. – We need to help. Welcome back, and it’ll all be over, but we have to work together.»
