DACA adopted by the previous President Barack Obama, defends the rights of immigrants who were illegally brought to America when they were kids. They are not subject to instant deportation and unable to legally work in the United States, extending the work permit.

News of the likely cancellation of the program caused concern among hundreds of people who decided to go to Washington from Queens, new Jersey and other places. It is expected that the capital will host thousands of people.

«I’m a little scared, because we want to learn, we want to become someone in this life to give us a chance,» said NBC News Lisbeth, a resident of Queens.

Many fear that the abolition of DACA will divide the family.

Anna Rauda brought to the United States with a brother when she was only two years. Now she has a child, seven-month-old Sebastian. If she will lose her status, she will either have to take my son to Mexico or into hiding.

Shay and Varia, Segarra arrived in new Jerseywhen they were six years old. Both have more plans for the future, Shay – student in Rutgers Newark, is going to become a lawyer. Varia also plans to receive special education, but now all their plans can fail.

«I don’t know what will happen next, and I fought so hard for their future,» says Shay.

Lawyers say: cancel DACA can greatly affect the American economy. For example, a huge amount of nurses will not be able to work and will be subject to deportation.
