Authorities in South Florida can start to put forward the owners who left their animals to fend for themselves during hurricane Irma, charged with the crime, reports USA Today.
Director of the center for animal care district of palm beach and Director of Dean Show said that these days, when Irma was just about to hop to Florida, their organization is found about 40 abandoned dogs . Some animals were tied, some are locked in yards, not being able to escape and take refuge from the elements.
She believes that such behavior is one of the worst evils that can hurt Pets: «Such behavior has no excuse.»
On Sunday morning, Department of public health Florida repeated his warning concerning Pets.

Show announced that their organization plans to press charges in cruel treatment with animals if they will be able to collect enough evidence to locate and identify the owners of abandoned Pets.
The shelter centre has received about forty cats and dogs abandoned by their owners. B this time the number of animals -the»refuseniks» more than during previous storms.
«This situation is not a surprise to us,» says Diana Sow, adding that palm beach is only two shelters accepting animals. «It’s always disappointing. Our goal is to keep Pets and people together.»
She urged all not to abandon their Pets during a hurricane.
