The FBI is assisting in the investigation of the deaths of three womenwhose remains were discovered beginning in April of this year, in the same town in North Carolina.
On the morning of 5 September in the city of Lamberton 20-year-old Abby Patterson told his mother that he would return in an hour, sat in an old brown Buick… and never returned.
Since then it has not been any news, and the police are looking into it. In addition, police are investigating three mysterious deaths that have happened in Lumberton this year.

«At the moment we still don’t know if there’s a connection,» told Fox News the police chief of Lumberton Michael MacNeil. «We are asking for help from residents, if they have any information».
The body of 32-year-old Christina Bennett found on April 18 in an abandoned house. On the same day the remains of Rhonda Jones was discovered nearby, in a dumpster.
Journalists after this, of course, interviewed the local population, including 28-year-old Megan Oxenden. And on 3 June the corpse of Megan found 500 feet from where the remains were Christine and Rhonda. The town is terrified.
Police are yet to name the cause of death of girls, as still waiting for forensic results. As for Abby Patterson, she is still considered missing. Police say they received several reports that the girl had seen, but none of them confirmed.
Abby’s mother claims that her daughter would never voluntarily lost contact with the family. «Every day we talk on the phone or exchange emails with,» says Samantha Lovett. «When she came an hour later, I called her cell and got voice mail. We just want our girl back home. Everyone loves it».
The police has announced a reward of 5 thousand dollars for information that could help find Abby.
