The TOP 12 safest countries: USA sharply losing ground

Research center «Institute for Economics and peace» has published «the Global index of the world-2017», which is named the safest and most dangerous countries in the world.

The ranking was estimated 163 countries on 23 factors, including: the level of homicides, political terror and the number of victims of internal conflicts.

According to the study, 93 countries have become more secure, and 68 more dangerous in comparison with indicators of 2016. The most dangerous countries named Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq.

USA ranked only 114 out of 163 countries (UK – 41-e, Russia – 151-e, Ukraine – 156-e). Compared to last year America fell by 11 places below, this is her worst performance in 10 years. Falling of a rating associated with the increase in the number of murders in the country, as well as increasing the level of political tension.

The TOP 12 safest countries included 8 European. The list of 12 most safe countries is as follows:
