The mayor of new York bill de Blasio said today, 23 October, Prospect Park in Brooklyn will forever be free from the car. The changes will take effect January 2, 2018.

According to statistics, every year in Prospect Park rest from 8 to 10 million people, making it one of the busiest places in Brooklyn, reports ABC7.
