School district new Jersey intends to change the schedule of the start and end of lessons so that children can sleep.

District superintendent Patricia Dolati announced a new start time and after school in the 2018-2019 school year, in a letter to parents.

«There is extensive research which suggests that adolescents have too little sleep, so change the start time of sessions improves the learning outcomes of students», — she wrote.
