In memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in new York WTC changed the illumination

The world trade center in new York was illuminated in red, white and blue lights on the evening of Tuesday, October 31, after a terrorist attack committed by a national of Uzbekistan, Saifullo saidovim, led to the death of at least 8 people.

According to the office of Governor of the state, the backlight was turned on by a Andrew Cuomo in solidarity with the victims of freedom and democracy in new York.

«New York is an international symbol of freedom and democracy, and we will not be bullied,» wrote Cuomo on Twitter.

Earlier, mayor bill de Blasio called the incident an attack «cowardly» terrorist attack, which killed at least 8 people, 5 of them Argentine citizens, and wounded at least 12 people.
