Sister , Saifullo Saipov – a man who accused new York terror attack October 31, said her family is «in shock» and added that his brother had never expressed extremist views.
«He was never a radical,» said NBC News Umida Saipov, who lives in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. «Of course we want to go to the United States to help him.»
