Hero saved dozens of lives, and gave chase for a Texas GUNFIGHTER

Eyewitnesses say that Devin Patrick Kelly, yesterday staged a mass shooting in a Church in Sutherland springs, Texas, escaped after one of the residents began to shoot back. As reported by KENS-TV, Kelly went by car, and 55-year-old man named Stephen Willford rushed in pursuit of him.

Kevin Jordan, who lives near the Church, says that if Willford not returned fire, the casualties would have been much more. «The shooter would have stopped,» says Jordan. He waited until Devin Kelly escaped and started to assist the wounded.

Summer Caddell, a local resident, says that the heroic man, seeing that the shooter runs away, jumped in the truck her boyfriend johnny Langendorf, and they began the pursuit.

«I arrived at the Church and saw two men shooting at each other. Kelly flew out of the Church, jumped in the car. Then this guy came up to me and said we need to catch up with him,» recalls johnny, Langendorf.

According to Langendorf, he doesn’t know Willford personally, but it’s one of the locals, an avid biker.

As KSAT reports, the shooter was chasing a few minutes. At some point Devin Kelly began to slow, and then completely lost control and the car slid off the road.

«Steven got out of the truck, walked up to Kelly holding a gun on him, but he was dead. But he continued to aim at him until the police arrived,» adds johnny.

Police say Devin Kelly died from gunshot wounds, but it is unclear if he committed suicide or died from a bullet of a resident of Sutherland springs.
