The Baptist community has offered to cover the funeral costs of the victims in Texas shooting

The funeral of the victims of the shooting in Sutherland springs, Texas, will be paid the North American missions Board (NAMB), on behalf of the southern Baptists of Texas Convention, reports Baptist Press.

Recall that the attack on the First Baptist Church in Sutherland springs 26 people were killed. 20 parishioners were injured. Among the dead people of completely different ages, from elderly (77 years old) infants (18 months). It is also reported that at least eight of the dead were members of the same family.

The perpetrator of the shooting tried to hide the car for him was organized chase. To escape the offender failed – he had an accident and died on the spot. According to one version, the man was shot in his car, however, the wound which he himself inflicted, could not be fatal.

For a possible explanation of the terrible act classifies «the family environment» of the offender. This is confirmed by the fact that among the dead was the grandmother of his ex-wife.
