The police Department of new York city tightens security ahead of the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

So, around Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center during the holidays will be on duty specially trained officers.

They have already completed two weeks of training, are familiar with the surroundings (as selected local areas) and are designed to respond rapidly to any terrorist threat. All officers armed with semiautomatic rifles Colt M4 Commando, reports CBS.
