98-year-old resident of Chicago, donated $ 2 million to a charity organization for the protection of wildlife, which bought the reserve, naming it in honor of the philanthropist.

According to Russ, he believed that people will always need medicine and women’s cosmetics. For nearly 80 years, thousands of dollars became two million, and Rattled decided to invest the money in a 400-acre nature reserve a hundred miles from his home.

«That’s incredibly generous,» said Executive Director of Illinois Audubon Society Jim Herkert. «We have fulfilled the desire of the races have found a place where people of all ages could enjoy nature as well as in childhood».

Says he was shot, a huge amount of cash he managed to save not only through investments but also simple way of life. All his years he had lived in the house inherited from the parents, and don’t spend much on themselves.

«I’m a very simple man. And I never let anyone know that I have the money,» said the millionaire.
Most of his life Rattled devoted to the upbringing of the boy scouts. Dozens of his students (from teenagers to 72-year-old grandfather) came to the opening of the reserve.

«Never be afraid to take – and to try something new. Don’t be afraid to be yourself,» says Rattled.
