Before you make a bloody shooting at seven locations in the rural communities of Northern California, 43-year-old Kevin Janson Neal killed his wife. To such conclusion the investigators who discovered her body, concealed in the house of the offender.
According to Phil Johnson, assistant Tehama County Sheriff, the murder of his wife became a reason for the rapid fury of the Nile, who later took the life of another four people and wounded at least ten people (seven of them children).
Law enforcement authorities have established that the woman died from a bullet the day before the mass shooting. Her body was hidden under the floor. The motive of the murder is unknown.

Leaving the car and wandering around the building with a rifle and two pistols in his hands, the man tried to get inside. However, all the doors were locked, and the teachers were hiding with the children in the closed classes.
Before arriving there, Neil killed his neighbor and shot another man and then stole someone else’s truck. Driving it around the community, he put bullets in motorists.
One of the victims was a woman who was carrying three children to school. Less severe injured boy sitting in the same car.
To get inside the school Neil and failed. First he shot at the Windows and walls of the building, but after six minutes gave up and headed back to my truck.
Several students were wounded by shrapnel, and today one of them is in critical condition.
Sitting behind the wheel and leaving the school, Kevin slammed into the car. Then he stole someone else’s sedan, simultaneously shooting at passers-by. One of them took a bullet.
When Neil collided at the intersection with the police, he opened fire, but law enforcement officers beat and shot him.
It is noteworthy that in January of this year Kevin was arrested for assault with a knife on a neighbor, after which he was released on bail amount of $160 thousand.
He also was detained for illegal possession of a rifle, and the neighbors often called the police with complaints that they hear gunshots from his house.
According to USA Today, in February the court issued a decree, prohibiting Kevin Janson Neal to own firearms.
