Christy woods, mother of Jacksonville, state of North Carolina, appealed to the community to help find her three year old daughter.
Mariah woods went missing on Sunday night after mom put her to bed at about 23 o’clock in the evening, reports WCTI.
«Please bring her back. She’s my baby, she’s my everything,» said Christy woods. «Just to touch her and never let go I’ll give anything.»
The city announced the AMBER Alert.
Four rescue units, staff from the office of Sheriff of Onslow County and police dogs Monday morning combing the neighborhood, especially the wooded area. In search involving helicopters, drones are used.
As reported in the Sheriff’s office, later appeared information that the child saw about 2404 Dawson Cabin Road in Jacksonville.
Investigators questioned the baby’s mother and her boyfriend, and also searched their house and cars.
«We don’t know what happened. It is premature to talk about any conclusions, but we do everything we can to find this little girl,» said Sheriff Hans Miller.
Law enforcement officers are asking residents to check their yards, sheds, outbuildings and other facilities.
