Police are not alien to the sense of humor and a desire to provide a truly happy Christmas, which left quite a bit.
It proved officers of the city of Edison, state of new Jersey.
The local police Department released a video in which the cops arrest the Grinch, caught trying to steal Christmas gifts from home. Later in the video, the judge sentences the Grinch to public works, so he joins the campaign «Toys for tots».
«I stand the verdict: guilty Grinch stealing the holiday spirit of Christmas,» says judge Mary Casey.
Now on November 29-30 and December 4-7 police along with the Grinch will make a trip to the city, making stops to collect toys and allow the green stole Christmas to make amends. Everyone will be able to take pictures with the Grinch.
