The memo guide will also include legislative clarification of the rights of the LGBT community in Russia. Recall, homosexuality in Russia is not prohibited, but in 2013 passed a law banning gay propaganda.
According to Cook, the group’s German and British fans also appealed to FIFA with the question of whether to deploy in stadiums in Russia with rainbow flags.

FARE also fears of possible discrimination of black players. Special observers for the fight against discrimination will be present at all matches, and if racist incidents occur repeatedly, the match can be stopped.
