I should start by saying that net neutrality is a rule imposed by Obama in 2015, which requires that providers of Internet services equally apply to all web traffic and didn’t prefer one purpose over another.

In turn the consulting firm Emprata LLC conducted an analysis of 23 million reviews and found that of them all only 6% are unique.
The study showed that 444 938 reviews were published with Russian email addresses. But still it is unclear left their real Russian citizens or the computer bots, made in the USA or in some other place. It is worth noting that almost all of them did not support the abolition of the rules in 2015.
