Hundreds of residents of Arizona and California called 911 to report the aliens (photos)

Residents of southern California and Arizona couldn’t help notice the «mysterious light» which can be seen in the sky right after dusk. Many perplexed observers began to immediately contact the local police and TV station, claiming they see alien spacecraft, but really… it was the «idea» Elon musk.

Soon it became clear that this was not a UFO, and the Falcon 9 rocket, which was launched space company SpaceX air force base «Vandenberg» in California.

Although the origin of the «fascinating clouds» was quickly revealed, users of social networks managed to publish photos and videos of the impressive launch. Some of them at Christmas time even thought that flying Santa Claus.

In one of the news reports said that at least 130 people in the area of Los Angeles called 911 on Friday evening to tell about what they saw.

CEO of SpaceX Elon Musk did not miss the opportunity to join in on the fun, writing on his Twitter account: «It was definitely aliens».

The Corporation has confirmed via Twitter that the satellite was successfully deployed into low-earth orbit. It was the 18th and last launch in 2017 for SpaceX, which by mid-2018 should test 81 satellites for Iridium NEXT.
