Jailed Russian hacker who allegedly was ordered by the Russian intelligence service to hack into the web servers of the National Committee of the US Democratic party (DNC), claims that he can prove his involvement in illegal penetration.
Konstantin Kozlovsky, who was sent to prison for charges of fraud in Russia, told the Russian news Agency «Rain» that he left the file on the DNC server that contains the tokens, as evidence that he was there.
Kozlovsky part of a group of hackers arrested by the Russian authorities last year for using malicious software to steal from the Russian banks more than $ 25 million.
Earlier this year, a hacker has published their expected trial testimony on Facebook, in which Kozlovsky said that he broke into the DNC by order of the Federal security service of Russia.
Secret US intelligence, which in January of this year became available to the public, argued that Russian intelligence was behind the hacking of the servers DNC in July 2015 and had access to them, at least until June 2016.
In June 2016 CrowdStrike, an independent cyber security firm hired by the DNC, identified two of hacking the servers of DNC Russian intelligence.
Kozlowski claimed that the agent of FSB the General-major Dmitry Dokuchaev gave him the order about entering into the democratic Committee.
Dokuchaev and three others were arrested on charges of treason at the end of 2016 even before the Declaration of a hacker. In addition, the agent is among the FSB, which is looking for the Department of justice in connection with the hacking of Yahoo in 2014.
