New York did not need much time to see their first newborn child in 2018.
As reported by NBC New York, in the 00.01 Monday, 1 January, in Flushing Hospital in Queens, was born a girl.
It weighs four pounds and eleven ounces (slightly more than 2 kg), height is about 18 inches (45 centimeters).
The mother of the first new York baby of 2018, Tanya Shirin, has not yet chosen a name for a girl, but doctors say the mother and the child (despite small size) feel good.
